california college of ayurveda zoom classes ayurveda 101 & healing your life
ayurveda 101 is offered in 2 formats:
a 2 day online intensive,
Saturday & Sunday 9-12 & 1:30-4:30
and a 6 week program meeting one night a week for two hours. Offered twice a year, open to all, this course gently guides or shines a light on living life Ayurvedically as well as on the foundations of Ayurveda. The course is also a gateway to taking the workshops and intensives that the college offers.
Healing Your Life is a 6 week zoom class, held twice a year, meeting one night a week for 2 hours. It is an interactive course that explores applying Ayurveda to your daily life with the practice of Dinacharya and the importance of cleansing our sense organs
