warm medicated herbal organic oil prepared for you provides a deeply nourishing and relaxing massage that moves lymph and toxins from the joints and tissues and into the digestive tract for elimination.  we finish this massage with a steam tent to open channels, expel toxins and absorb the medicated herbal oils into the skin

swedana is an herbal steam treatment using medicinal herbs such as rose, lavender, bay leaf, chamomile, rosemary, eucalyptus, and lemongrass within the steam to help eliminate toxins and clear channels, leaving you feeling nourished and moisturized.  a light oil application precedes the steam tent

warm pindas or pouches filled with herbs or rice are soaked in medicated herbal oils or a milk decoction that is applied to injuries or area of the body to bring relief. the heat that the pindas can hold helps to penetrate the oils and herbs into the affected area 

a special dough is used to create a dam against an area of the body that is in need of love and healing  it is then filled with warm medicated oils to deeply penetrate the body.  dough bastis are beneficial for adrenal fatigue, eye health, back pain, heart conditions and bringing balance to the chakras

this exfoliating yet nourishing facial cleanses and moisturizes the skin 

marma points on the face and head are massaged to enhance a deep state of calm and relaxation

good for allergies, headaches, sleep apnea, snoring, tinnitus, prevents the greying of hair and opens the channels for prana to flow freely and promote clarity  the therapy includes marma point massage of the face, head and neck and the use of steam to dilate the channels prior to administering warm medicated herbal oil into the nasal passageways
